Candice – Manager
This is Candice’s first year working at VYC. She’s studying at Concordia University, Maj. Anthropology and Min. Biology. She also participates in Masters swimming. This summer she’ll also be coaching synchro and swim team.
Mike – Assistant Manager
This is Mike’s first year working at VYC. He’s studying at John Abbott College in Engineering. He’s on the DDO swim team and also does martial arts. As head of the swim team, he’ll also be coaching Leaders, and taking care of pool maintenance.
Amy – Lifeguard
This is Amy’s third year working at VYC. She’s studying Social Science at John Abbott College. This summer she’ll be coaching synchro and teaching aquafit.
Angela – Lifeguard
This is Angela’s first year at VYC. She’s a student at St. Thomas going into Secondary 5 this fall. Last year she swam for Beaconsfield and for Pointe-Claire the 8 previous years. This summer she’ll be coaching swim team and synchro.
Clemence – Lifeguard
This is Clemence’s second year working at VYC. She’s a first year student at John Abbott College studying Social Studies and Math. She does synchro at Dollard. This summer she’ll be coaching synchro, teaching aquafit, and coaching Jr. Leaders.
Erica – Lifeguard
This is Erica’s second year working at VYC. She just graduated from St. Thomas and is heading to John Abbott College in the fall. She’s a diver for Pointe-Claire. This summer she’ll be teaching/coaching diving, and Jr. Leaders.
Greg – Lifeguard
This is Greg’s first year working at VYC. He’s a Social Studies student at John Abbott College. He coaches and plays water polo for DDO. This summer he’ll be coaching water polo and swim team.
Jeremy – Lifeguard
This is Jeremy’s first year working at VYC. He’s a student at St. Thomas going into Secondary 5 this fall. He’s an Eastern Nationals swimmer as well as a swimmer for DDO. This summer he’ll be coaching swim team.
Meghan – Lifeguard
This is Meghan’s second year working at VYC. She’s a Creative Arts student at John Abbott College. She’s also on both the John Abbott College and DDO swim teams. This summer she’ll be coaching Jr. Leaders, and 8-and-under swim team.
Samantha – Lifeguard
While this is Samantha’s second year working at VYC, she’s been a lifetime member. She’s a Health Sciences student at Vanier College. She plays water polo for DDO. This summer she’ll be coaching water polo and diving.
Vanessa – LIfeguard
This is Vanessa’s first year working at VYC. She’s at John Abbott College studying Commerce. She’s been playing ringuette for the last 13 years. This summer she’ll be coaching Leaders and 8-under swim team.
Zac – Lifeguard
This is Zac’s first year working at VYC. He’s currently studying at John Abbott College and is working to get into the Paramedic program. He’s played water polo for DDO for the last 5 years. This summer he’ll be coaching water polo, swim team, and Leaders.
